In today’s VUCA (volatility, uncertainty, complexity, ambiguity) world it is no longer ‘business as usual’. Entrepreneurs require foresight to compete in today’s business environment. In this hands-on course you explore your imagination and learn to use a scenario planning method to build possible and “impossible” futures 10 years out. After building future scenarios, participants then use prototyping methods to help design preferable futures for their business.
