How entrepreneurs think: effectuation in action

The concept of effectuation revolutionized the way we understand entrepreneurs. This session will briefly introduce participants the effectuation principles using a short case study to be distributed in class. After a brief introduction, the professor will moderate a discussion in which participants attempt to apply effectual reasoning to help the entrepreneur in the case. No previous preparation is needed.
